Preparation, as financial expert, of the Extended Supervision Report (XSR) assessing the results of a non-sovereign loan from the African Development Bank in Tunisia: implementation experience, results chain (from inputs to outcomes and impacts), and lessons for the Bank's future operations.
- Implementation, governance and monitoring arrangements of the investment project
- Operational, financial and accounting performance of the beneficiary company
- Return on investment for the Bank, quality of appraisal and supervision
- Impact on the country's economic, social and sector development
- Environmental and social compliance and application of the E&S management system (ESMS)
- The Bank's financial and non-financial additionality and lessons for future non-sovereign loans
