Who we are
Business Management Consulting (BMC) is a consulting firm founded in 2007 to provide technical assistance, studies and advisory services.
BMC offers studies, advisory, project management and technical assistance services to international financial institutions, individual promoters, private and public companies, development agencies, public administrations and governments.
Its services cover studies and advice for development institutions and public bodies, organisational assignments, strategic and financial studies for companies, and technical studies and advisory.
Our history
In 19 years, BMC has completed more than 100 projects for funders such as the World Bank, the African Development Bank, GIZ and UNDP, as well as for governments and public and private companies.
Starting in Tunisia, the firm now works in 15 countries, from Mauritania to Mozambique, drawing on a network of more than 100 experts.
The founder
Taieb Zitouni
Founder and Managing Director

- Graduate of the Institut d'études politiques de Paris (Sciences Po), Economics and Finance
An engineer by training, Taieb Zitouni built a multidisciplinary career in industry and then in finance, before founding BMC in 2007.
1979 – 1982

Engineer at the Research and Development Division (DER) and the Equipment Division (SEPTEN), working on thermal and nuclear power plant projects.

Industrial experience in the mechanical engineering sector.
Since 1991
Banking and project finance
At Tunisian Qatari Bank, director in the Studies Department, then director of project implementation and director of loan and equity monitoring. Executive director, then managing director of an investment bank managing several investment funds.
2007
Founding of BMC
Founded the consulting firm Business Management Consulting in Tunis.
He has taken part in the financing studies, implementation and operational monitoring of dozens of projects, across all areas of industry and services.
