The assignment
Final evaluation of PPIC, financed by the World Bank, across its three components: business climate, enterprise development support and public-private dialogue. The assignment combined a field survey of beneficiaries with the Implementation Completion and Results Report (ICR), to World Bank standards.
- Impact survey of beneficiaries: satisfaction, companies created, direct and indirect jobs
- Achievement of development objectives and results framework by component
- Retrospective economic and financial analysis (NPV, IRR)
- Performance of the World Bank, the Government and the coordination unit
- Sustainability of institutional gains, public-private dialogue and SME support schemes
- Drafting of the completion report and lessons for future operations
