- Methodology for the physical count and coding of the Electricity Division's fixed assets and inventories
- Full on-site inventory: dams and power plants, substations, lines and vehicle fleet
- Asset valuation, accumulated depreciation and reliable net book values
- Digital inventory database compatible with the utility's accounting tools
- Training of finance and technical staff in ongoing asset tracking
- Terms of reference for the multi-year financial audit (2015-2022) and the cross-debt analysis, to European Union standards
