The assignment
SONAPROV operates a fleet of aircraft, helicopters and microlights for crop protection treatments (cereals, olive trees, citrus) and mosquito larvae control. The assignment set up cost accounting and an automated tool to calculate the hourly and per-hectare cost price by aircraft and update tariffs.
- Analysis of the operating model and of the structure of direct and indirect costs
- Cost price model by aircraft type and type of operation
- Economic variables: fuel, maintenance, spare parts in foreign currency, inflation
- Software tool for financial simulation and price setting
- Updatable price list for public tenders and private clients
