The assignment
Support for OIS in its bid to the call for projects for photovoltaic plants connected to the high-voltage grid: pre-feasibility study, financial model to set the feed-in tariff to offer STEG, and preparation of the bid file.
- Technical pre-feasibility: site, solar resource, sizing and annual energy yield
- Dynamic financial model: CAPEX, OPEX, debt service coverage ratios (DSCR), cash flows
- Project and equity returns (NPV, project and equity IRR)
- Setting the most competitive power purchase tariff (PPA)
- Scenarios and sensitivity to exchange rates, inflation and technical variables
- Support in drafting the technical and financial bid (financing plan, bank letters of intent, local content)
